D&RGW GP30 3025 westbound at Loomis Street in Naperville, Illinois on August 5, 1965, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. I heard a horn unlike those on the CB&Q, so I ran into the house to get my camera, by the time I got back, the train was passing through and this is the best I could get. Number 3025 was built in February 1963 (c/n 28054) on EMD Order 7640 and was destroyed at Byers Canyon, August 7, 1982. This was part of a pooled power arrangement the CB&Q and D&RGW had in the 1960's.
