Metra 145 City of Aurora is streaking its lights through Elmhurst in this time-lapse photo. I took it on January 6, 1999, a few days after the Blizzard of '99. There was two feet of snow on the ground and my tripod wasn't even touching ground. The other Metra train was awaiting a signal and was powered by Metra 176.
